'Construction not complete. Loud HVAC even though fairly new. Thermostat not working. Tiny tv. Poor room lighting. Good price. Clean.'

'The staff at the Hilton Garden Inn at the Portland Jetport were helpful and accommodating. I arrived right at the end Spring school vacation and they were EXTREMELY busy, but that never stopped them from answering all of my questions and they went out of their way to meet my needs.'

Which was understandable since at any given time there were 15-20 kids in the pool. Staff was excellent ! Room was showing signs of age but still clean and comfortable. We will be back! '

'The hotel was very very clean, it's new so it should be. Check in was a little different, you need to down load the OpenKey app so you can get in your room. The tub was very deep, which is greet for bath lovers. There was a HUGE TV in the sleeping area and a HUGE (65-70 IN) in the sitting area. I don't drink coffee but I noticed there was not a coffee marker in the room, no blow dryer and no iron/ironing board. The bed was a little on the firm side and the pillows were comfy. I would...
