'Decided to spend New Year's at the Beach. This property was the perfect spot. Equidistant from Rosemary Beach and Seaside and a 3 minute walk to the beach right across the street. Could not have been better. Plus the unit provided access to bikes, beach chairs umbrellas, etc. Loved it!'

'My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary! Close drive to the beach and restaurants. Far enough away from Pier Park so you don’t have to fight traffic. We found a spot at the beach where most days there were only a handful of people (less than a mile from cottage). We had no problems with check in and it was a very quiet area. We would definitely visit again!!! '

'Property was fabulous and the host was fantastic! Trolley will take you anywhere around Watercolor. Beach was great. We didn’t take advantage of all the pools we could use, as this was a short stay. Next time for sure! We will definitely stay here again!'

'Very clean. Lots of extras (cleaning supplies, laundry/dish detergent). Minimal negative that some of the finishes are worn, pillows are useless (flat). But really; might be the best VRBO we’ve rented. Location is perfect. Host could not have been more accommodating (I had booked the wrong week initially). Host was quick to respond to any questions. I would recommend this one (or any of the host’s three other properties) without hesitation. Can’t go wrong!'

"Badkamer met schimmel wc spoelt niet door vliegen in kamer airco maakt herrie bij aankomst bloed vlekken aan bed en dekens prullen bakken worden niet geleegd op kamer zoiezo geen schoonmaker gezien in die 4 dagen bij voordeur wel 100 dode vliegen op de grond waar geen personeel een bezem doorhaald kortom zonde van me geld nooit meer enige positive was het weer"
