Newly renovated, no expense spared, with granite counter tops, stone and wood floors though out. Beautifully designed spaces prepared to meet your every need. Furnished by two of our favorite stores here in Fredericksburg. We are 1/2 a block from downtown Marketplatz, Main Street shops, and restaurants, in the middle of the historic district.

Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with cucumber water and a snack, but first you'll get a personal and complete tour of the house by a staff member who can answer any questions you may have. There are three 50in Tv's, one tucked away and well hidden in a custom built tv lift cabinet, among other modern amenities that will be available to our guests.
If it's one couple or two, each will get the opportunity to choose your room where you will find monogrammed robs, slippers, lighted make-up mirror and much more. The top of the line furnishings and accessories seen in the house can be ordered from the affiliated stores located in town, they do ship as well.
Please remember we are center of down town, but one block off-so you hear no road noise 😊
If you want extra's, not a problem: you ask and we will get it for your, SURPRISE : Bottle of champagne, hand squeezed orange juice, cucumber water and firelog for the outside fireplace is standard with our stay.
