Pensions in Franklin

'Be advised, there is no coffee makers in the room anymore (which is advertised on the website). They took them out and have 24 hour coffee in the lobby. Room was ok, bed was comfortable. I was told breakfast was at 6am, so I planned my departure around that (I had a long drive yet, and planned to leave immediatly after a quick bite to eat). After waiting until 6:15 (with numerous other people in the dining room waiting) I went to desk and asked, and was told it was at 7am (was a Saturday) today....

'The ceiling in the bathroom was falling down, the rod in the shower was broken, there was holes in the carpet, and on the table legs there was dried food. This room could use some help.'

'I like the staff but if they could just clean the rooms better. There is no excuse for hand prints on a bathroom door. Dirty rag left in the bathroom.'

'I am covered head to toe in bed bug bites from my stay.'

'We enjoyed our stay. The property is in a nice location. It met our needs. The only problem we had was getting the code to get into the house. I feel sure it was just a mishap and I would rent it again.'

'This is a very nice place to stay. Easy to find and close to everything we needed.'

'The owner quickly resolved a communication error to our satisfaction. Nice clean property'

'Staff doesn't know how to react or follow protocols in an emergency situation.'

'Basic hotel in a decent area. Not really any amenities (could get coffee in the morning). Beds were pretty firm, and the pillows were non-existent. They may have been the flattest pillows I’ve ever had in a hotel. The room kept getting too warm even when we turned the air way down. We could only get one room key because the hotel was “too busy.” Overall it was a meh stay. We just needed something to stay closish to WKU stadium for the band state championship.'

'Was clean and breakfast was good'
