The RV is kept stationary to the left of our home for renters who are looking for a unique, serene, hassle-free experience that is conviently located to just about all Fort Wayne has to offer! Surrounded by gorgous nature, visits from neighboring deer and morning wake up calls courtesy of Indiana's finest birds, renter's can escape the hecticness of their day by retreating to a home away from home. With only STEPS away to Franke Park woods, home to miles of hiking/mountain biking trails along with a BMK park & endless land for dog lovers to enjoy, Franke Park offeres endless escapes to tranquility for free! Other amenities only walking distance from our property include, Fort Wayne's popular Foellinger Theatre which showcases outdoor concerts and plays, a newly built childrens' playground for all ages, a huge beautiful pond for public fishing, pavillons for gatherings and lets not forget the #1 Nationally Ranked CHILDRENS' ZOO! Location is PERFECT!
RV Details:
Our RV is a Fleetwood Pace-Arrow M-37A RV is 38 feet in length, CLASS A LUXURY RV of its day! With 2 large slide outs for ridiculous added space, it definitely accommodates far more than MOST mobile RV's! A 5500 watt Onan generator that will kick in if power outage, floor fan & space heater for optional use. Dual Roof AC Units, Twin Central Under Floor furnaces. Stainless Steel Full size Refrigerator/freezer/ice maker. Full shower/bath, stainless steel bathroom sink w/ Corian counter top, Fully stocked Kitchen with Convectional oven/Stainless steel Microwave, ample Corian Counter top cooking space, plus a pull-out Corian cutting board, 2 burner gas stove, double stainless steel sink, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pantry, storage closet stocked with handheld vaccum, Shark full vaccum, cleaning supplies and rack to hang coats or cloths! Enjoy a cozy bedroom that has a pocket door for privacy, tons of drawers/cabinets & a NEW 32 inch Smart TV! The living room area includes a leather pullout couch, leather loveseat, & a leather dinette booth. Plus a NEW 42 Inch Smart flatscreen TV, large windows screens, blackout shades & large awning. Also, bath towels, toiletries, hairdryer, pack-n-play, booster seat, linens, bedding, blankets, pillows, dishware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, reading material, board games, cards & storage! There is a vaccum sweaper, broom, for cleaning supplies, fire extinguisher, fire/carbon monoxide detector, as well as security cameras with alarm on our home that protects the radius of the entire property for safety, including our LOCKED SHED available for renters to use.
We do charge a dumping fee of $35 dollars. This covers the cost to drive RV to local campground dump station that charges a fee. RV will have FULL HOOK UP!!! It is hooked up to our home's water/gas/electric line, plus connected to our HIGH SPEED INTERNET! Renters have a private driveway where the RV sits. Included is a landscaped private porch where shrubs/trees provide natural fence. We allow access to our grill & shed to securely store bikes etc.

SMALL dogs are WELCOME dependent upon owners approval for an additional $30 per night. $1,500 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT. YOUR ADVENTURE AWAITS! Make your trip SIMPLE by letting us do the work! PLEASE NOTE: Our property is currently under renovation to recieve professional landscaping, a new paved driveway, well as a newly graveled driveway to the RV. We will have a privacy row of trees planted with a private outdoor porch to enjoy as well. This explains the lack of pictures of our RV sitting on our property but will update pictures when landscaping is done to give a more accurate view of the property space renters would be utilizing.
