Went here for our honeymoon and my birthday.
Check in went smooth. The property is beautiful and clean however For how much it cost to stay here I would have not expected to have to deal with the following:
-Light bulb burned out in bathroom.
-Our access cards stopped working for the room and parking on multiple occasions and had to get new cards at front desk.
-first Elevator stopped working briefly for myself and another guest, The maintenance guy rolled his eyes at me when I explained to him I just had my card reset so I didnโt think that was the issue and the other guest card also wouldnโt work but it worked on the other elevators so it wasnโt the issue at that specific time.
-Had to prove to the hotel they gave us a daily resort credit with our booking (screenshot of their own literal listing) the girl at the front desk that I originally asked about this seemed very annoyed that I was asking her to figure it out and asked me to email her proof. It took them around 24 hours to confirm this information along with Expedia perks
-They delivered our free bottle of wine while we were out and didnโt leave a bottle opener so we didnโt even get to drink it. Itโs was their privately labeled sandestin brand so they knew it was need to open the bottle.
They didnโt make us feel very welcome. We wonโt be going back to this place because they only cater to the very rich clients that book here. Disappointed.
