'We had an amazing holiday weekend! The unit was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The setup was perfect for our family with the bunk beds and the sofa bed. The unit was equipped with everything we heeded and was furnished very nicely. Our little boy really enjoyed playing with some of the cars and trucks in the toy basket! The pools were huge and so nice! Easy walk to the beach and pool area. We will definitely book here again in the future!'

'Love this property!! Front desk is incredibly communicative and helpful. Direct beach access is great and the little hoses to spray off your feet when you come back across the bridge are so convenient. Pool is nice but only really sunny in the middle of the day. Only two elevators and they both have a stuck-button problem, but this wasn't a major inconvenience. Carts for unpacking and packing your car are plentiful and helpful. Balcony views are lovely, even on the side of the building. '

'My son & I spent 3 nights and had a great stay. Loved the location as it was safe & quiet, yet close to all area attractions. Great beach, pools, gym, hot tub & sauna! Appreciated the beach chairs and towels, along with kitchen & bath supplies. Great size for an efficiency unit. James kept in contact & we had no issues. Can't wait to return!'

'I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. There were some minor things that could be improved about the condo, but overall my expectations were met and exceeded in some areas. This was a great location directly on the beach and I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. 9/10 visit. '

'This was our first stay on Okaloosa Island, and it's the same beautiful Emerald Coast, but without the chaos that multiple high rise buildings bring to the white sand beaches. Here the condos were no higher than seven stories, and this particular condo was center stage with a rounded balcony at the Island Princess. 'This unit was very clean with a nice balcony view of the lazy river. The pool area was monitored with arm bands so very safe. The property is located right on the main strip with lots of restaurants nearby. Ricks on the Island is right next door (walking distance) and has amazing food, live music and the best staff. We had our adult child and two tweens with us so we probably needed a bigger unit. This unit fit all of us but with older kids they wanted a little more privacy and space. Walking to...
