'My first stay here and it was perfect. Juan got me checked in and got me signed up for the IHG rewards. He was very kind and welcoming.y room was clean and very nice.'

'Since I was in Houston for business meeting and asked the receptionist to extend my check out until 2 pm but she said. I was shocked to learn that. I will not try to come to this hotel again.'

'Good hotel and service'

'Compliments to the breakfast cook.'

'Love it'

'Nice Rooms lot of space clean good location'

'Rooms were cleaned daily. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The towels were so rough, they felt like drying off with sandpaper. Toilet paper was also rough. Bed isn’t very comfortable, mattress was very firm.'

'Would have given all 5 but, for a guest in your adaptive room due to physical issues and there are no luggage trollies available to transport luggage when you’re leaving is a major inconvenience.'
