'Amazing size room very clean and wonderful staff all around highly recommended'

'We had to be moved twice. The first room stank so bad we had to move. The 2nd room had mold Al in the shower. It was terrible, we cancelled our 3 day stay immediately!'

'The sheets on our bed had a yellow stain. There was no room service done and with no phone line to front desk we had to go down to ask for extra pillows and towels. Having only one elevator working made that more of a burden. They had someone sleeping in the dining room since Friday night until Sunday morning.'

The key card reader was not working and the manager was saying that was our problem , but even he couldn’t open with the master key, and finally he has to open the room with a screw driver. All the doors from outside entry were wide open. No key card needed to enter the hotel even in the midnight. No security at all . Broken elevator buttons . I will...

'The hotel was clean, The staff were great. The only problem I had was the smell throughout the hotel and the room.'

'The air wasn't on in the room when we checked in which made the room really stuffy. It's May and Texas so you know the rest. We were out Saturday and came back to our room to find it was warm again. I’m not sure if they adjusted the temperature but what we set it to was not what we came back too. The mini refrigerator in our room didn't work at all.The manager replaced it with another that wasn't working great at all. The ice maker was down and here we are with food for the track meet that...
