'This is a shared kitchen and bathroom where guest has their own room. It is in a very safe neighborhoods! A very clean place! Quite place. I couldn’t get TV to connect with WiFi, which was not priority for me. Overall, it’s a great place for the value! I will definitely return! Communication with owner via text is good!'

'Excellent stay! Staff was friendly. We had a studio suite, and it was lovely - a lot of room, comfortable bed, clean, good size bathroom. Workout room was peaceful and enough to get strength training and cardio in. Breakfast amenities were good too - yogurt, cereal, scrambled eggs, coffee, tea. Parking was easy and free. Location is excellent with a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. Very happy with this choice!'

'Toen we voor het eerst de kamer inkwamen bleek die nog niet schoongemaakt te zijn. De volgende kamer die we kregen was wel goed. We hadden een grote en nette kamer voor een scherpe prijs. Het personeel en het ontbojt waren matig. En de directe omgeving is heel saai. Maar de prijs was scherp en het ging maar om 1 nacht dus het was prima.'

'The room wasn’t all that clean… the sheets had mystery stains, there was hair strands all over the floor and they have roaches.😐 Other than that the air conditioning worked fine breakfast was good staff were nice and our stay was peaceful.'

'Breakfast menu was same all the time, while supply is always short. House keeping is available only on request and only on alternate days. Parking was sufficient but always dirty and surrounded with suspicious people. Most of the staff are good except few that are rude to dictate rules such as breakfast closes sharp 9am and lobby is out of bound after 10pm. '

'The property was old and musty with bad lighting and dated fixtures. The front desk staff was not rude or mean, but she had an AirPod in and seemed uninterested and unhappy. She did not greet us at check-in and was not friendly or hospitable, but she was efficient. The property has dirty and smelly entrances (stairwells), and our room and bathroom had bugs in them. The sheets seemed washed, but we found a hair strand on the bed. The kitchen and bathroom are in really bad shape with cabinets...

'The furniture in the lobby needs to be replaced. I would be embarrassed to have my hotel have torn up chairs for their guests to sit.'
