'Family trip with 8 adults exploring Inverness before a Backroads hiking trip in the Highlands. 2 gorgeous King bedrooms and 3 lesser view/beds so if you have a large family, keep that in mind.Kitchen was large and well appointed. Chris is an outstanding owner and helped us with all the extras - including funding us a wonderful piper to add that extra special atmosphere to our stay and a driver to tour the Spey Valley distilleries. We were all thrilled with our experience adn the house provided all the children (young and young at heart) with opportunities to play and interact. '

'We enjoyed very much our stay at Sneuk Head. The cottage was clean (not spotless 😊, but clean), well equiped, and close to luxury as we were 3 so we had each a bathroom, though "only" 2 showers! On top of this, there are plenty of activities to do nearby, and the house is close to the A9 if you want to go further. The host was very responsive to the various questions we had and always very kind. All in all, we'd be very glad to come back there if we have another opportunity.'

'We had a lovely stay in the Abbey. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. The ambiance and atmosphere was stunning. From here we made our trips to Inverness, isle of Skye and took the "Harry Potter" train in fort William to Malaig. Our daughters enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna.'

'The stay was fantastic, the property is very modern and extremely clean. It was ideal for the 7 days or so I stayed. I don’t have anything negative to say whatsoever! I would definitely stay again if I get the chance. Carol was so friendly and helpful with property instructions! '

'This was a perfect property for our time in the Fort Augustus area. Next time we will allow more time in our schedule to enjoy the amenities!'

'This cottage is exactly what we were after when visiting. The check in process is very easy, clean and very homely. We hired a car as when booking we knew we wanted to be a bit out of the way but this ended up being central for everything we wanted to do for our stay. We would stay here again as it really did feel like a home away from home! '
