Pensions in Malheur National Forest

'Lovely quiet property on a working farm, well-stocked although needs USB, USB-C etc charging ports. Active but friendly dogs, so if you do not like dogs, maybe not the place for you; I enjoyed them. It was the perfect spot to explore the John Day National Monument area, and the view from the front porch was lovely.'

'A great inexpensive place to spend the night. A little dated. Nice manager. Amazing price .'

'Overall, this property was everything as presented. It is very small but extremely efficient. EVERYTHING you need it available. We felt it was a bit steep in price, however.'

'The house was really cute and lived up to its name. They thought of everything you might need. Nice little extra touches all around. Small snacks, flavored coffee, toothbrush and paste just in case you forgot. Would definitely stop here again. We were only passing through, but the town looked like it could be fun to explore.'

'We were back in town for dad's celebration of life, we wanted something more then just a motel with one or 2 chairs and beds! Our stay was perfect, it was a home away from home for us!we were able to relax as well as have family and friends stop by to visit, we would recommend this cozy place again and again, we also feel good about knowing we have a place that feels like home when we go back to burns/hines to visit..also want to say that although I see they allow fur baby's, you wouldn't know...

'Great place to stay! Oh and lets talk about that shower! WOW! We would stay here again!'

'If you want to feel like you’re staying at your best friends home, stay here! The thoughtful amenities were top notch, everything you could need and more! I won’t spoil the surprise of the extraordinary things you’ll find, you’ll have to see for yourself and you’ll be delighted! The communication was excellent and so helpful as I was driving a long distance with spotty cell service. Everything was so cozy and charming…'

'Wij hadden dit hotel geboekt voor één nacht op doorreis van Yellowstone naar Crater Lake. De ontvangst aan de receptie was vriendelijk en vakkundig. Wij kregen een uitstekend advies over dinner-opties. Jammer was dat het eigen restaurant en bar gesloten waren vanwegr een privé-party. De kamer was ruim maar het bed was te zacht en het beddegoed voelde synthetisch en dus niet koel aan. Het buffetontbijt was goed verzorgd.'

'It is a very cute little home. Perfect for my stay for business. Very comfy and cozy.'

'Loved the pet friendly and secure yard. Also enjoyed the local wildlife with baby quail and tree frogs. Was a little concerned about the local fires, hope this place stays safe for others to enjoy.'
