'The house was clean and very open. It fit 5 of us comfortably. We were attending Phenomecon, the house was a 5 min drive to the convention center and the downtown area. We loved staying at this property and would love to stay here again next time we wander up to Vernal. '

'A lot of thought went into this property. Loved the separate shower/double sinks so multiple people could get ready. The basket of snacks and cold water bottles in fridge were such a welcome treat for all 9 of us!The jacuzzi and bath house were great! We really enjoyed this separate space. The kitchen was very functional. The driveway parking was spacious. Enjoyed the pretty new windows and lovely view of the country. We had an enjoyable time. '

'Great little place for a stay in Vernal. Close to dinosaur national monument, right down the road from Main Street so it’s easy to get around town. Loved the backyard for the baby to play. '

Location is perfect, 5 bedrooms and 2 living spaces for everyone to spread out was wonderful. Full kitchen, laundry, back porch with a view, couldn’t have been better. Super clean and tidy, definitely would stay again!'

'We were in town for a family reunion at Steinaker Lake. The house was a perfect location to the lake where the reunion took place and the rest of our family were camping. We spent the majority of the time at the lake but the house was a welcoming retreat and a comfortable sleeping accommodation. '

'It is a fine place to say. Despite the 4 check in time on the listing, we could not get in till 5. Too many barking dogs in the neighborhood all hours of the night. Not good! Minimal kitchen stuff. But very clean and roomy. '
