The master bedroom and bath are spacious and very nice. The rest of the apartment is very small. A narrow hall leads to 1 tiny bedroom that fits only double bed. 'Apartment was absolutely exceptional! We will definitely try to stay there again when in Paris. Studio was extremely clean and had everything to make our stay wonderful. Location was perfect as was our communication with David. What a gem!'

'I got in much later than expected (around midnight) due to cancellations and Catherine was available to communicate! She has been so responsive throughout (only convos were about arriving and departing).The place is perfect--shower water is hot! Close the shades at night if you don't want to wake up at dawn because the morning sun is epic.The location is amazing. I had been leaving the building heading one way and decided another day to head the other and both ways bring you to magic.'

'It was a small, fairly centrally located room that was indeed relatively quiet, but it had numerous drawbacks and was in considerable need of renovation, with misleading photos. It consists of a double bed at half height, although the second bed is not accessible on foot. Below that is a small, rather uncomfortable double folding couch with a maximum width of 130 cm. 'Goede plek om Parijs te bezoeken. Vlak bij metro en restaurantjes in de nabijheid. Appartement is goed. Slaapkamer in souterrain voelt wat benauwd aan. Staat constant een anti condens te draaien. Derde bed op gelijkvloers is niet erg comfortabel. Lakenset daarvan was niet krakend schoon. Al met al wel aan te bevelen om op een leuke manier Parijs te bezoeken!'

The wardrobe doors, were inoperable, we asked may times for them to be attended to, never eventuated in the 2 weeks we spent there living out of our suitcases on the floor. Also at varying times we had no water & could'nt flush the toilet. Very confined living space for the cost of $s. '
