A bundle of Folly's Best! Renting Family Houses includes the following three properties: Heron House, Sea Glass Cottage and Cooper Cottage. Together these three renovated properties sleep up to 15 guests. Heron House is the main property with Sea Glass Cottage and Cooper Cottage positioned on the same lot in the backyard. Located in a quiet residential area the combined properties offer plenty of outside space to gather: a grilling area, laundry facility, 3 outdoor showers, plenty of parking and even aluminum beach chairs/carts for your use! You are only a two minute walk to the ocean and six blocks from Center Street. Well behaved flea treated dogs are allowed at every property with prior approval. Heron House is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage that can sleep up to 8 guests. Enjoy porch sitting on the elevated screened in front porch or on the brand new large back deck accessed from the primary bedroom and 2nd guest room. Sea Glass is a cozy 1 queen bedroom 1 bath cottage that also has a daybed in the living area so it can accommodate up to three guests. With its bright color throughout you will surely be in cheerful spirits here! This cottage also has a private screened in porch for relaxing on those perfect Folly evenings. Cooper Cottage is next door to the Sea Glass Cottage. It has one queen master bedroom and one twin bunk bed room. This classic cottage also has a private screened in front porch. Family Houses allows up to 3 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dog when you inquire. Please book with confidence. This property is licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental - 2019 Business License Numbers: 615 East Erie: 2-19-207424 Cooper Cottage: 2-19-207481 Sea Glass Cottage: 2-19-207501. Because of the potential of fraud we would not recommend booking a property not licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental.

Miller Family Vacation

Our four grown children, three spouses and two grandchildren had a perfect stay at this property. It was close to the beach. It provided a fenced in area for a safe play area for our small children. We were also provided separate cottages in order to spread out. The screened in porch to watch the sunset was priceless. We will definitely stay here again.

Enough space for family unity

Having the main house and both cottages created a perfect vaction allowing for 3 generations to share big family moments, and quiet time outs. Close to the beach allowed us to come and go with ease. Town was a little far for some of the eldest and youngest, but we enjoyed boat rides and kayacking. I dont know that a golf cart would have helped as parking in town was not easy or cheap. The owner / rental company was very responsive.

Family Houses was an ideal property for our multigenerational family group. Well thought out, clean and comfortable without worrying about ruining anything precious. Outdoor showers and 2 washer/dryers were much appreciated. We do recommend golf carts for beach gear for a large group.

Friends Weekend Away

So my 10 friends and I decided to get away from our families in late September for a guys weekend. The Folly Beach property was clean and large enough to support the large group. The walk to the beach was short and sweet and the walk to the Main Street in folly with restaurants and bars was a little under a mile.

Beach house - Accommodates 10+

Excellent property to do a number of things: chill outside, grill, open floor plan in main house to cook, space for inside on a rainy day, 2 minute walk to beach, 12 minute walk to liquor store/berts grocery store/restaurants/bars, and space to accommodate 10+ adults in terms of sleeping and showering. We rented all 3 properties (main house and 2 cottages) and could not be more pleased. Depending on your preference, the 12 minute walk there and back to the Main Street can be tiresome for some groups, but you can always rent bikes, golf carts, etc. Places were clean and includes body soap, plenty of towels and toilet paper, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, etc. We loved working with them. We had 10 adults and no one shared a bed, which was key! I would stay here again with no doubt. My only change is I would rent a golf cart just because we went to the Main Street multiple times; would just be a time saver. Thanks for hosting us!

Great family time!

This place is amazing! Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and the cleanest rental. The landscaping is so pretty and outdoor shower was great. The 3 houses was key with our family - gave everyone space that they needed. Short walk to the beach and downtown Folly was further but not a bad walk if you do not want to deal with the parking (highly recommend).

Perfect place to stay with family

We rented the whole property with the cottages for Christmas. It was perfect for the family to actually spread out and go put kids to bed with out those of us in the main house having to tip toe around at bedtime. The property group were awesome. Definitely would stay again.

Girls group trip

The property was an excellent choice for my group of ladies. They had enough space to have privacy, yet still be one big tribe trip. I rented the two cottages along with the main home. Adorable cottages!
