'Wonderful Folly Beach Stay!We had an amazing weekend here — spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located just a short walk from the beach! The pet-friendly policy made it an easy choice for us, and our dogs loved it too. We appreciated the garage that fit 3 cars, plenty of trash cans, and two screened porches that were perfect for relaxing. Great communication from the host and an overall fantastic stay — we’ll definitely be back! '

'Folly Marsh House was the perfect post holiday wind-down spot for us; quiet and chill with gorgeous views of the marsh. The house was super comfy and cozy with the heat cranking when the temperatures outside dropped. The hot tube, fire pit and outdoor lights provide the ideal setting for enjoying the beautiful outdoor space. Beds and linens were great. 'Very welcoming home. Located in a great area. Everything we needed, the home accommodated. We had a small issue during our stay. The issue was completely my fault. Chris was very responsive and had us taken care of quickly. Would highly recommend and will stay here again in the future. '

'Well maintained. Enjoyed time outside by the propane fire pit with family. Nice fenced yard area with a relaxing hammock perfect for time with your dog. Excellent location, a short drive to downtown and local attractions. Highly recommend visiting James Island National Park for the lights festival and the aquarium aglow during December. Host was pleasant and accommodated our late arrival. Looking forward to another visit soon! '
