The ground floor boasts a double garage & elevator landing. The first floor has 2 bedrooms that share a bath & a master bedroom with private bath and a porch with ocean views.

The second floor has an open and spacious kitchen, dining & living area. The gourmet kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops, 42" stainless gas oven with cook top, & more. The dining room & living area open to an expansive porch with wonderful ocean views! There are wide plank hickory floors throughout & a gas fireplace. There's also a large bedroom with a private bath on the second floor.

The entire 3rd floor is a huge master suite with a seating area, dining nook and kitchenette. This master includes a private bath with walk in shower & soaking tub. There’s even a private deck with ocean views.

Beautiful house, great location. Easy to walk to downtown. One minute walk to the beach .Views from the second and third floor balconies were fantastic. I usually stay oceanfront, but this house was so much better than any oceanfront property we stayed at. Lastly, Kate, was absolutely the best with communication of any VRBO rental we ever had. Will definitely stay here again. 5 stars.

Yearly trek to beach with family, great house, easy to beach access and not far from Bert’s. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms and great family room for gathering. Nice breezes on balcony at night. Definitely stay again and recommend.

To bring with Kate is amazing to work with! She is extremely friendly and very accommodating. The house is beyond perfect! If you have a large family you need to book this home! Legitimately only 1 min and your feet are in the sand. Waking up in the morning and walking out on the balcony to watch the sunrise and hearing the sound of the waves crashing feels out of this world. This house has everything you need in the kitchen only thing you have to do is buy groceries for however long you are staying. But overall from the first floor to the top floor this place is spectacular and we can’t wait to go back soon!!

A/ not working upon arrival. Sent someone out but did not fix it. I had to personally fix it. Was texted by the owner that i could not park on the grass beside the house where several people parked all week. The house has potential but needs a deep cleaning.

The house was large and comfortable, and we enjoyed the porches and ocean view daily. The kitchen was well-stocked, and basic toiletries were provided. Our hostess, Kate, was kind and helpful. Beach access was close, as was the center of town. All around, we had a great vacation!

Great location - a short walk to both the beach and the main shopping/restaurant area. The second floor balcony was the perfect place to sit and enjoy the ocean and breeze. Spring Break in Folly

We have never been to the area before and happened upon this property when our original reservation with a different property was abruptly canceled. Obviously the cancellation with the other property was for the best as this house was amazing. Ocean views from all of the porches, tons of room, and walking distance to everything in Folly. We will definitely rent this property on our next trip.
