Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable, full size washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, private saltwater pool, central heat and air conditioning. This property is not pet-friendly and is strictly non-smoking. Must be 25 or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home.
