Every staff member was so pleasant and helpful. The resort felt luxurious and relaxing, and had everything we needed on site. The day pass for the spa was also great. 'Booked a room months in advance with so-called "island view", only got a room with view on trees, room was dark and no view. Requested another room from reception , which was not possible due to a fully booked hotel, refund of my booking was denied and was charged fully for 2 nights!! Also found out that the facility is actually a time sharing facility!!'
