« The first room they gave me pas full or water in the bathroom because of a leakage, the AC pas not working ans there were a lot of cigarette holes on the blanket. Then they gave me another room ans in this one the toilet flush ans the AC didn't work ans the TV cable was cut so no TV. For the price it is a shame. And the guys at the reception are not very sympathetics »

« AC works well. Staff is friendly and helpful. The chair for the desk is trash and falling apart. The sheets had cigarette burns in them. And the entry door has no safety or security locks. »

« I booked my stay through expedia and paid and now see the hotel also charged me. I had to use a machine to check in and out even though there was someone at the desk. This move to impersonal service is a bad idea. I know there was a real person on the screen this time but I expect soon it will be ai and we won’t have contact with a human. If that happens will the costs go down? »
