'Employees are always so very nice and want to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. They go way out of their way to make sure all is good with your stay. Room is very nice and quiet. Have stayed several times. We enjoy our stay each time.'

'When we went the breakfast bar was almost empty and we went around 8am. I was extremely upset with the pool as there was only ladders to get out of the pool that has 2 steps it makes it extremely hard to get out of. It would be horrible if an elder person or someone who can’t climb the step be if they where to get into the pool. I was most excited for the pool. '

'Clean, great staff. Some construction nothing major. I guess like everywhere coffee shop prices are so high. Miss beverage stations here. Coffee and soda are complimentary from waitress but not convenient like beverage station.'

'Tv didn’t work the last two times we stayed.staff doesn’t care to help fix problems. You pay a resort fee and they don’t care about your money or anything '

'This hotel was a great starting point for exploring Kansas City. It is obviously an older building and could use some updating, but the staff were friendly and we felt safe and comfortable during our stay.'

'My room was clean. But the toilet wouldn’t flush and when I called down to the front desk they said they had a plunger I could come get. They also suggested we could switch rooms but we were already settled other than that the room was clean and a good price they are still under construction so some parts where closed off plus they offer free breakfast in the morning you can’t really beat that. Overall it was a good stay. '

'We stayed a week in the Cosmo suite with a toddler. Great room even with the balcony closed. Excellent view. Breakfast and coffee options could improve. They don't match the experience of everything else. Bar and staff are both excellent. Thank you to the staff for a great experience! '

'Kids swam a bit, they said the water was warm, appeared clean. Staff was kind and yet to the point in the right ways. Maybe we got lucky but the room was very quiet all night'
