'This is a perfectly located spot in Hallstadt. The cafe next door is fantastic and right on the water. You are still very close walking distance to the center of the town, but thankfully not surrounded by all the crowds of people. I enjoyed exploring the town before and after all the main bus loads of people were gone. Recommend the waterfall hike that is in close proximity. Space was clean and bed/shower was nice was comfortable. THE VIEW. You cannot beat it.'

'The cottage is really in a fantastic place. As the last house on the road you have a great view! With a lot of snow it is a challenge to get there by car. Then you definitely need snow chains. 'We had a joyfull familie experience in Austria from this location. The home gives a good feeling of living in Austria. Big garden , carpark facilities, rooms are all neat, looking over the mountains from the balconies. We did mis a livingroom with cauches, instead there was plenty space in dining format. Interior is from the 1980ś, overall in good condition. For questions the owner could be reached by E-Mail getting a quick response. I would recomment this home for a stay and base to check out...

'We had a lovely stay in this comfortable and well equipped home. The location is perfect; easy to reach and nearby (walking distance) the center and valley station of Bad Gastein. The garden is spacious and fenced which is great with small kids. The house was very warm (sometimes maybe a bit too warm) and cosy. Would definitely recommend!'

'Wir waren über Silvester, bei Nina und Andy mit Familie und Freunde. Wir waren 8 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und 3 Hunde. Es war sehr gemütlich im Haus und nicht zu voll. Die separate Toilette, von den Duschen war perfekt. Die Betten waren super bequem und der Ausblick ein Traum! Der Kamin rundet das gemütliche Ambiente ab. Die Anbindung zur Autobahn ist super. 'Het huis voldeed helemaal aan de beschrijving en was meer dan compleet. De typisch Oostenrijkse stijl met het moderne comfort maakte het huis heerlijk cosy. Het ligt op een bijzonder mooie plek in de bergen, slechts 10 minuten van de skiliften. Ook winkels zijn kort in de buurt. Het contact met de beheerder was perfect.'

'Wir waren mit 2 Familien und Freunden unserer Kinder in der Napoleonvilla, das Haus ist grossartig, komplett eingerichtet, die Sauna und das Dampfbad sind perfekt und auch Küche und die Bäder sind in TOP Zustand. In der näheren Umgebung kann man Wandern und auch der Milstätter See sind super für Unternehmungen. Einziger Nachteil ist die Geräuschkulisse der A10, dafür ist man aber auch in 2 min. auf der Bahn und muss nicht ewig Landstrasse fahren. Insgesamt ein TOP Haus mit extrem viel Charme!'

'Het huis was perfect in orde! Het ontbrak aan niks. Het zwembad was heerlijk verwarmd en schoon. Wij waren met 5 personen. Ons gezin met 2 tieners en oma. Dus ruimte genoeg! Omgeving en het uitzicht waren prachtig! Salzburg op een uurtje rijden is ook zeer de moeite waard. En paragliden is zeker een aanrader! Het was een heerlijk verblijf!'
