Herenhuizen in Fifth

'Huge holes in the ceiling, buckets full of water sitting everywhere. No pool or hot tub as advertised. Road to the facility has huge potholes. Very outdated rooms and furniture. Only 1 elevator and 1 luggage cart. Had to carry everything up three flights of stairs or walk what seemed like a mile. At one time, it was probably a nice place, really needs upgrades. Wouldn’t recommend it in its current condition.'

'The room was a little dirty but still adequate. The front desk man, I believe named Andrew was fabulous though! He gave us great suggestions and was happy to be of assistance.'

'We had a two day stay. Checking in was pretty easy. Our room had to see better days. The mattress had stains on it, the ceiling looks like something exploded on it and walls looked like they were in the middle of taking down wall paper. The bathtube/shower had rust. The beds were somewhat comfortable.'

'Beautiful resort. The staff are very friendly and are helpful. The rooms were clean and nice. Loved the private balcony to every room. The rooms were priced nice for the time I made my reservation. The restaurant was a little over priced and the food was bland. And it would be nice for more things for families to do so they wouldn't have to go 20-30 minutes down the mountain every time .'

'The room they gave me had not b a n cleaned. They moved me to another room. It was on 2 floor but okay. The drive had large potholes Door did not gave handicapped opener I had to leave before breakfast was ready however I did get a coffee and a yogurt'
