'We had to swap rooms upon arrival due to the room smelling like cigarette smoke and black mold in the shower. The room we slept in had zero water pressure, a stinky fridge, and random stains all over the walls. We’ll be picking another property next time.'

'The location was great, and the breakfast was pretty good overall. They had coffee, creamers, milk, waffles with syrup, cereal, muffins, pastries, and eggs each morning with either sausage or bacon. They also had a good variety of drinks available. The hotel was extremely crowded during our stay and a little loud at times. '1st asked for a 2 bedroom suite; that is what I booked when I arrived they had to split us; glad my party was old enough; 2nd billed for a pet fee; my animal is a service dog; still waiting for that credit to adjust. 3rd the pool needs a deep cleaning and the hot tub would not work. Gym floor was wet; the free breakfast needs a new chef or pre-cooked vendor needs to be changed. I hope they go under renovation soon for the price and the property is not worth it. 'Booked this hotel after my Air… went terribly wrong. Showed up 10 minutes after booking and 5 minutes later, I was in my clean room. The front desk agent was amazing and super kind. She turned my very stressful day around and I had such a great time in San Antonio! Spent way too much money and got to see my brother graduate from the Air Force basic training. Room was clean, grounds were impeccably maintained, pool was delightful. Thank you for everything.'
