« My two teenagers and I were pleasently surprised with the space, comfort, and amenities of this space. Communication with the host was great, the area was quiet, and the streets were surprisingly quiet and safe. We will definitely be staying here next stop through Anchorage. »

« The actual apartment was clean and well decorated. My issue comes from the neighbor on the right side. I was simply standing in the door frame and he came out yelling he was going to “f me up”. I got a little spooked out so I had to call a family friend to escort me out which was inconvenient but at no fault of the owner. »

« Our stay here was okay. Having a washer and drier is nice, but that's about it. The heater went out the first day(looks like a recurring issue). Lound neighbors upstairs. We were not able to get good sleep. »

« This was an easy property to find with convenient parking. An easy drive to downtown Anchorage and restaurants nearby. Our host welcomed us with fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the apartment. »

« The location was great. Close to everything. There was a wooded back yard that housed a moose which was neat to see. It was like a little cottage in the woods. The young man that lived in the connecting home was friendly and accommodating. The only negative, there was a loud popping noise that occurred often (almost hourly). Not sure if it was a water heater or something with the heating system. We kept the heat low in hopes it would stop but it didn’t. Woke us up all during the night....

« Lovely little cabin space on the top floor. We had the room in the back of the house and it was clean, very cute, and had all the needed things for a pleasant stay. Great price and the service was excellent. They let us check in sooner for a small fee. Person was very responsive at all my questions! Only thing we would suggest is putting some information on how to turn off the heater, (gas fireplace) we were unable to figure it out so had to keep the windows open to let in some fresh air as it...

« I wasn’t sure what to expect since I didn’t know the area. There is a LOT of homeless people in anchorage but I didn’t see any around the VRBO we stayed in. It was extremely quiet and I wasn’t worried about my vehicle (especially since they have cameras pointing at the parking lot and around the building). I appreciated being able to cook and do laundry for our son who is stationed at JBER. Would I stay here again, absolutely. We didn’t have any issues (thank goodness). Trina »
