'This lovely old inn/B&B is in an excellent location in the middle of Bovey Tracey. Our room, a twin, was really clean and plenty big enough. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was fine. The breakfast is great with lots of choice and we also ate in the pub in the evenings and the food was lovely. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.'

'We were only there one night and didn’t eat there in the evening but breakfast was excellent. Room was spacious with excellent open plan bathroom facilities. Pleasant walk into Sidmouth ( approx 3.5 ) miles round trip Ticked all the boxes for what we needed. Would stay again'

'We loved staying at Dukes. The staff were really warm and welcoming from start to finish. My husband remembers staying at Dukes when he was a child and wanted to share this with our children. Our only issue was that the room was very hot, but we were going through a heatwave, so that can't be helped. But maybe some fans in the room would have been helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay!'

'Fantastic location overlooking the hilltop sea views. Last minute overnight booking, with only the rear looking room available (would like to try the sea view rooms next time). Room was immaculately clean with a fan, iron (and board), hairdryer, microwave, toaster, fridge and kettle (also tea, coffee and milk, that you can have refilled if you need more). Staff were absolutely fantastic from the time we checked in to when we left. Bar and food area downstairs (also plenty of outdoor seating). I...
