'Communication with the host was superb. The apartment is very comfortable. I just want to mention that there is a subway underneath and can be noisy at times. It’s in a great location close to restaurants, shops and points of interest. I will stay there again if I go back.'

'When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. '

'The location was amazing! I had read reviews that the Ubers or cabs would not take you all the way up to Montmartre and that we would need to climb the many stairs to reach the apartment self . That was not true. We never had issues getting Ubers to drop us off but did have a tough time getting picked up early Sunday am to head to the train station. We are an active family and walked everywhere from this location or took a train. The number of stairs to get to this area easily 180 steep...

'The unit is really good, spacious, clean and perfect location. It is challenging without AC when it is hot, but most places do not have AC in Paris. You should know that there is no on site staff, so it is self check in and check out with taking and dropping keys within 5-7 mins walk. I general I am happy with it'

'Nice, clean apartment in an excellent location. After hours check in charges are steep. Internet did not work for 5 of our 7 day stay. Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises.'

'They need to tell people to use the key fob to open the main door. The code was wrong. Wasted a lot of time. Also, WiFi connection were not the ones available. They had to bring a new modem. Two days without wifi. Excellent location. The owners need to a more experienced management team'

'Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything...

'We had a fantastic stay here and would definitely stay again. It is at the top of a walk-up so we had to carry all our bags but it was worth the trouble. Very smooth processes and communicative host.'
