The condo was a bit outdated, but we loved that it was super clean! The tv’s could use an upgrade too. Overall, it was the perfect size for 3 adults and a baby and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The balcony and views were the best part! Just one night we had stomping kids above us that kept us up all night and morning.

We loved our stay at Estes Park. I don’t think we could have chosen a better place to stay as far as the views. Beds were comfortable. The condo was clean and the hot tub was a nice addition after hiking all day to rest. The view from the community heated pool was breathtaking. If you are wanting something secluded, it may not be private enough. You could see into other peoples cabins due to how close they were. There were also people above us with small children. A little noisy at times. It wouldn’t stop me from staying again! Best trip.

Homebase for hiking in Estes Park

Great condo do our family of four in Estes Park for a few days of hiking and exploring. Convenient to both RMNP and Estes Park, just a short drive to both.Everything was as advertised, clean and comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Just as advertised

Clean, easy access, plenty of kitchen equipment to cook whatever was needed. Beds were comfortable. Overall very satisfied with our stay. Only negatives were hot tub light was not working (we did not call it in) and it was difficult to open and close.

Awesome, big condo in a great location! We arrived early and Carol helped us check in with no issues! She also brought us a new tv when one of ours didn’t work! Amazing hospitality! We loved the big beds and hot tub.

Just my daughter and me in over the weekend to hike in RMNP. The condo was clean, comfortable, well appointed and a good location. Hot tub felt great after a day hiking in the snow.

Really nice

This was a really nice place, very comfortable bed, 2 bedroom was plenty of space for our family of 4. It had everything we needed. Great location! We woke up our last day and a herd of elk were crossing the field outside our patio. We will definately rent this place again.

Elk and hiking

My family of 5 stayed here comfortably. I picked it for the extra seating in the living room and the hot tub. We used the hot tub every evening and it was very nice and roomy. The beds were comfortable and all the appliances worked great. We loved the morning sunrise over the mountains. Just a short scenic drive to town to eat and shop the riverwalk. We also had a herd of Elk pasture right in front of our condos! Excellent stay!

Rockies vacation

The condo was exactly as pictured. Beautiful views, comfortable beds, updated appliances and good location. But..... it was lacking some small things that would have been helpful - and that have been routine in every other rental property we've stayed in. Hangers - not one in any of the closets. Soft soap in the bathrooms- none. Tupperware or foil/Saran Wrap for leftovers - missing. Again, small stuff, but basic. Oh - and it's time to replace the carpeting. Thanks

Great RMNP Vacation

The condo was just as described. Close to town and RMNP. The beds were comfortable, the view was great and we really enjoyed the hot tub on the patio. The area was very nice and quiet. We enjoyed our stay!

comfort and views!

Just what we needed for a home base to explore RMNP. Hot tub for after hike relaxing, and even extra towels at the ready. On-demand fire for chilly evenings, and very comfortable beds with cozy, clean bedding. Plenty of kitchen items to make dinners, but if you want to pack lunches there's not much for tupperware, just FYI. Lots of windows with wonderful views, the place felt very spacious for the 3 of us. Check in was simple, and details were communicated exactly at the promised time. I gave 4 stars because of the strict 4pm check in time. The entry area is really dark, Not a big deal, but i was glad other reviewers mentioned it so i I knew to have my phone light at the ready.

Fun getaway

Property worked well for what we needed. Amazing view from the deck and we enjoyed having breakfast out there everything morning! Kids loved the hot tub. Had all the essentials to make the meals we ate in and check in and out was super easy. Property and technology (TV’s) are a a touch outdated but that didn’t stop us from thoroughly enjoying our stay!

Great location!

Loved this condo overall! Location was great and condo was clean and well stocked with all the basic needs. My only critique would be the TVs they are dated and the living room tv had a line going through the middle but really didn’t affect our stay much we spent most of our time out on the patio that has a great view and the cutest lil family of deer that came by every morning and evening! Would definitely stay again.
