'Outstanding pool and hot tub -- and backyard really nice. The place needed work - especially lighting inside kitchen area. All in all, a nice spot in good neighborhood. Nice to have parks close by.'

'I booked the residence precisely because it allowed parties, and all the charges were made to my card. But to my surprise, I discovered the day before that I couldn't gather my friends and family to celebrate my birthday at the residence. Even though I respected the noise and schedule rules, the host stated that only 16 people are allowed in the residence, even if they're not sleeping. In other words, more than 5 couples with children exceeds the permitted capacity. And after that, no refund is...
