'You may want to buy toilet paper. 2.5 rolls for 1 week for 4 people? Not good. The hide-a-bed mattress was horrible, so I bought an air mattress. Not enough extra blankets for the hide-a-bed. The master bed was definitely firm. The rest was good. Very quiet and the blackout curtains were great. Big kitchen, a keurig and a coffee maker. '

'When we first arrived we were reserved for tower 3. I called ahead of time to let them know we would be a late check in. When we got to tower 3 for check-in at 1030pm, there was a sign saying tower 3 check-in is closed go to tower 2. This would have been more helpful if we knew this ahead of time, when I called earlier about the late checm-in. I know this could be a issue for someone who has a hard time walking.
