'I loved my stay a the lodge in cloudcroft, it was awesome. Friendly and helpful staff, Clean rooms and bathrooms and alot to look at and explore. The restaurant unfortunately was not within my budget so we had to pickup dinner, but the complementary breakfast was good. In all my stay was well worth it and I look forward to staying at the lodge in the future.'

'A.M. staff was not customer-focused and not personable (prep’ing for potential breakfast needs took precedence over serving customers); he was aware of waiting customers, but they (the customers) seemed to be more of a bother and were made to wait while he prep’ed. Hotel price/info seemed to suggest it would have been much nicer; was disappointed and believe it was definitely overpriced (believe the prices should have been more similar to a Motel 6 rather than a Hilton or Fairfield).'
