Motels in East San Antonio

'Requested a handicap room, did not get one. Husband fell in the tub since there was nothing to hang on to and the matt slipped. Even the house keeper could not put anything to avoid the slipping mat. When requesting a handicap room after the accident was again refused, so we checked out early and thank God our son in law and grandson were available to help us check out. The clerk at the desk acted glad to have us go.'

'Room was clean, and location is great with all the resturants near by. Great price and helpful staff.'

'Room seem like it was cleaned in a hurry. Roaches dead around the room table and flooors were nasty. Refrigerator had food from the previous people. This hotel said it would have room for 5. The full size beds barely fit my three kids. As we entered the room it had a very old dingy smell. Since we booked 3rd party the people who run the hotels don’t want to help you at all they are rude and unresponsive. Drains didn’t have plugs. We had to go down to a store for cleansers and clean the room.'

'Nothing'

'I knew I wouldn’t be getting much given the area and price I paid but this place was the worst. There was blood on the restroom door, food splatter on the walls, dirty toilet, and holes in the door. We spoke with the front desk who admitted being short staffed and not having good help for cleaning. When we asked about switching rooms she said they were all the same. We left and stayed somewhere else. There’s no telling what other hazards are there. '
