'The elevator has been out of service for over two weeks, which has been a major inconvenience. Guests should have been informed in advance so they could have made other accommodations instead of having to climb four flights of stairs to and from their rooms. In addition, the rooms have an unpleasant odor, and the floors are slippery, making the stay uncomfortable and raising safety concerns. 'Great clean room.'

'Nice hotel at the right location of San Antonio. Just a few minutes from the river walk and a few steps from the Alamo. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is good if you want breakfast burritos. The bar (all say happy hour) was a bit boring. Staff was friendly. The valet was pretty expensive, but that's the same at all hotels.'

'The Monarch was an AMAZING experience that excelled in all areas of customer service and satisfaction. The property was immaculate, the rooftop bar had top quality cocktails, the coffee bar was perfect to start the morning, the bedding was top comfort and special turndown service and welcome glass of bubbly was icing on the cake! We found our new San Antonio FAVORITE!'

'Parking tariff are a rip off. Everytime you leave the parking they charge 20 usd plus tax overnight is 34 usd. Parking is more expensive then staying there. Whoever thought of this policy should be fired.'
