'Price quality out of proportion. Hotel needs an update. Large rooms. Elevator very noisy. Lack of visible staff. pool facilities are very nice. '

'Hotel is ok in general, location is great, restaurant is good, terras is super. Check-in went fast but totally wrong. Suddenly there were other guests in my room, double booked. Then my room card was not working anymore. Booked 3 rooms, all 3 rooms overcharged by 100usd. At the end they fixed all the issues but had to go to reception multiple times. 'Parking tariff are a rip off. Everytime you leave the parking they charge 20 usd plus tax overnight is 34 usd. Parking is more expensive then staying there. Whoever thought of this policy should be fired.'

'De accomodatie ligt op loopafstand van de Riverwalk. De Alamo zit aan de overkant. Je zit echt overal dichtbij. Er is een cafe voor koffie en een restaurant/bar waar je goed kan eten. De kamer waar wij in zaten was groot en erg netjes. Dit is een aanrader als je naar San Antonio gaat'
