'Hotel is ok in general, location is great, restaurant is good, terras is super. Check-in went fast but totally wrong. Suddenly there were other guests in my room, double booked. Then my room card was not working anymore. Booked 3 rooms, all 3 rooms overcharged by 100usd. At the end they fixed all the issues but had to go to reception multiple times. Elevators are a hell, sometimes you have to wait up to 10 minutes to get an elevator. The staff is very nice and helpfull but some finetuning is...

'Nice hotel at the right location of San Antonio. Just a few minutes from the river walk and a few steps from the Alamo. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is good if you want breakfast burritos. The bar (all say happy hour) was a bit boring. Staff was friendly. The valet was pretty expensive, but that's the same at all hotels.'

'Clean and spacious rooms, in the closest location you can get to the Alamodome! The hotel’s designated parking lot is right in front of the main entrance of the Alamodome. Truly perfect location! And the front desk staff were very helpful! '
