'Rating the room 1 star. The room was spacious but bare because of the lack of seating. The room lacked basic amenities such as phone, Kleenex, iron, or hangers. Mattress and bedding were heavily stained. Floor appeared clean but was very sticky. The bathroom overall was very unclean and run down along with hair over all the towels and wash rags. Flies all over the lobby Lots of shady characters in and out all night and to top it all off the room had roaches!'

'Great property, recently redone with nice features like movie room and hot tub outside! Close to downtown Indy. Not the nicest neighborhood but quiet and no issues. Property owner very responsive and easy check-in and out. '
