Cottages in Espita

'Immaculately clean, very new TV, AC and bathroom fixture. Got a great night's sleep each time I was there. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Piste's small tourist eateries, taco stands and food stalls geared for locals very short walk away. This is the ideal stay for someone visiting Chichen who wants to experience small-town Mexico as part of the trip. I come often to visit friends, and this will be my new local go-to.'

'Habitación limpia y personal muy amable'

'Personal atento, servicial y flexible.

'We loved this place. Our host was super entertaining and the breakfast he made us each morning was sensational. We loved the jungle garden setting (toucans in the trees!)'

'Great clean peaceful place, just perfect comfy bed and the breakfast ah, no stress coffee bannanas and bread'
