« It was easy to find, and wonderful to stay. Couple things, the outlets in the primary bedroom bathroom blew the first day we were there so we couldn’t use them for hair tools. No screens on the windows in the primary either. Overall it was a great stay. I would definitely recommend to larger groups! - Also the bedroom downstairs was advertised as a full bed and trundle and it was only a twin bed and trundle. Just a heads up! »

« Our group of 8 adults were able to spend time together, yet able to have more quiet space. The layout flows. We really enjoyed sitting in the patio both morning and evening. »

« Kitchen, main living level, and deck were all great spaces. Both bedrooms are upstairs. We could hear guests in the adjoining unit during our stay. Very nice view from the hilltop. »

« The parking is very unsafe. You have to back out of driveway into a very busy street. We almost got hit. Upon arriving there were only three towels in the bathroom. We called and they said we could find them under the sink or cabinets yet there were no towels, hand towels, dish towels or wash cloths to be found. The laundry/garage area had two tables full of wadded up sheets and some stained towels. We did find some towels along with one hand towel in the dryer. The picture online shows this...

« Overall our stay was great!! The studio was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. Communication with Eric was good. He was very quick to respond and helped us out by accommodating an early check in. Its clear he cares about his guests very much. Our only disappointment was that the listing said it was a 10min walk to the beach. However it is not. It's a 10min drive. We were very much hoping for something closer and walkable. We did ask Eric about this upon receiving the address...
