'Staff was exceptional. Family member had medical emergency, and security came with medical team to check and assist immediately. We were celebrating birthday and I was pampered with care gifts.
The only downside was the guests. There were 3 weddings and company events happening at the same time during our stay. It was very chaotic with people who lacked etiquette.
I’ll definitely come back during low season again. '

'Room was cleaned every day. Desk clerk at check in was remarkable. Did Expedia finally acknowledged this reservation. You couldn’t/ wouldn’t help me when I forgot where I reserved a room. It was not list d on my he web site. Glad you figured it out.'
