'Great communication with host. Google Maps doesn't connect it but the road goes through from either side. Had a wonderful stay. Near Vestal Parkway for restaurants and hikes property and nearby trails at SUNY Bing. Staris are narrow as noted. Will book again!'

'We rented this cabin due to hotels booked in the area while our guys looked at an upcoming job in the area. Between the beautiful cabin, responsive host, and over all fantastic experience we didn't even try the hotel we rebooked for another week.'

'The cabin was perfect for the weekend we had planned. It's clean and well stocked, pictures don't do it justice. The grounds are beautiful and the river access is excellent for wading. It's a quiet and peaceful retreat and Andy is an excellent host. We'll be back!'

'Space was great no place to put clothes away. Bedrooms were great size. Enjoyed the FANTASTIC VIEW was quite. Took all 4 dogs had a GREAT TIME. Can't wait to go back with friends next year. Found a little Mercantile called McCarty for dinner & some items we needed. GREAT FAMILY TIME LOVED IT.'

'This was my second trip to this cabin, this time with a group of girlfriends. I absolutely love this cabin! It’s always clean and stocked with all of the essential cooking supplies (including a convenient way to buy firewood!). The rooms are comfortable, the living room is cozy, nights around the fire pit and mornings on the deck with coffee are perfect! It’s very close to all of the Ricketts Glen hikes - which is why I came back with the group! Our host Jessica was easy to communicate with, and...

'The cottage is really clean and decorated with a nice mountains theme. It’s a little small inside, but has lots of space outside to roam around, and the koi pond is relaxing to hang out by. The owners are very attentive to your needs and respond quickly to any issues. The only thing that would have made it even better would have been some footrests to go with the porch chairs. We will be back! '

'Beautiful cabin. Not huge, but not too small either. Very clean and well-maintained. Property is quiet and secluded, but also very close to Rickett's Glen, country store and variety of dinner options. Try the fish and chips at Crooked Creek. 10/10! Burger and waffle fries were fantastic also. Had to cut our trip short but will be coming back soon. And Jeff, the host, is a pleasure to deal with. '

'Perfect location'

'This was such a beautiful, serene place. Location was excellent for Ithaca, Watkins Glen and Cornell waterfall trails and hiking. The upstairs loft was super cute but we slept on the futon downstairs, which was so comfortable with a thick memory foam topper. Also, I had never experienced bath towels like these.... so luxurious!We had company at our mightly campfires. Very friendly feline friends.This is cozy, country charm with a bit of artistic whimsy. 'Very well maintained property, quiet and secluded area, and very clean and the host was very responsive and wanted to help and make sure our stay was comfortableThe cabin uses well water and budgeting of water usage is needed. The transfer station for trash disposal is conveniently located within a couple of miles'

'Location was great, host was very communicative and accommodating. Cabin was perfect for our needs for a weekend getaway and the place was stocked with anything you could think of. Like impossibly thoughtful in this way. Only challenge was getting into the driveway which is a bit precarious but very much a minor detail in the scheme of things. Would recommend and would visit again.'

"Centraal gelegen. Parkeergarage naast het hotel. Mooie lobby. Starbucks inpandig. Net als een bar met 40 bourbons! En een restaurant. Mooie kamer zoals gewend in de Usa bij dit soort hotels. Super goed ontbijt met zeer veel keuze en Carl van het omelet, pannenkoeken station waar je alles kunt laten maken. Maar vooral Carl is geweldig, stand-up comedian. Wij waren in Scranton om alles van de serie The Office te zien. Zwembad prima. Aankomst was minder. De dame bij de incheck bakte er niets van. Gaf alleen de sleutelkaart. Vergat de ontbijtkaartjes moesten we naar vragen. Stonden 2 personen op ipv 3. Moesten vragen naar wifi. En we stelden de vraag hoe laat het zwembad nog open was. Dat was dicht wegens onderhoud hellaas. Voor obs een teleurstelling want we waren op deze roadtrip nu juist om te zwemmen wat vroeger gekomen. Naar de kamer, alles geïnstalleerd bleek de wc door te lopen. Monteur gekomen. Kon gemaakt worden masr ging even duren dus andere kamer. Hoorden wij niets nadat we alles weer ingepakt hadden. Naar de receptie. Zelfde dame. O ja, kregen een kaartje andere kaner, geen excuses en niet even hulp met de spullen overzetten. Kan gebeuren met een wc, maar sorry zou kunnen. Toen wij aangaven dat het ook al jammer vsn het zwembad was, zei de heer die er ook bij was dat het zwembad wel open was, de hottub niet.De dame beweerde dat ze dat gezegd had, wat niet waar was.Maar toen was het 22.30. gek allemaal. Maar nogmaals bij het ontbijt en de bar iedereen super aardig"
