We recently stayed at this property with a group of 12, and it was a great fit for our trip. The location was excellent and made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area and enjoy everything nearby.The house itself was spacious and worked really well for a larger group. There was plenty of room for all of us to gather together and hang out, but also enough separate spaces to spread out and have some privacy when we needed it. That balance made a big difference for our stay.The outdoor seating areas were very nice, although we only used them briefly during our stay. When we first arrived, the house was a bit warm, but the wall-mounted AC units cooled everything down fairly quickly and kept us comfortable for the rest of our stay.Overall, we had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this property to others, especially for larger groups, and if we return to the area, we would happily stay here again.

We loved our stay in Encinitas! This home had plenty of room for all of us and was stocked with all the necessities. The location was a perfect spot. Fantastic Location!

Wow! We will be coming back to this property. My family loved staying here. We walked to Moonlight beach, the park, and all over the town of Encinitas. There are so many places in the house to sleep and relax. The owner was so responsive and easy to communicate with. The Modern Beach House was the perfect place for our extended family to enjoy a relaxed vacation. The place was perfect for our family get-together. Kitchen was nicely stocked with the essentials for cooking. Lovely big dining table for us all to have dinner together. Lots of spaces for hangouts without being on top of one another. The proximity to the beach, park and shops could not have been better. I would be thrilled to return one day. It was a really special vacation.
