'Property does not have elevators.'

'We usually stay at the downtown location, but since they didn’t have any openings, we decided to stay here. It was clean and maintained well just like the other one. The breakfast was also just as great. Our only complaint was that we had initially asked for a “refresh” for our room the following day after check-in (Monday), but our daughter had an accident in the bed so I called Monday morning asking if they could change it to a total cleaning / new bedding because of our daughter’s accident....

'i like all the amenities that were offered and the pleasant staff'

'TOO FAR TO PARK VEHICLE AND A HIDEN CHARED $20,00 A NIGHT, GOT CHARGED TWICE, ONCE BY EXPEDIA AN ONCE BY EMBACISE SUITES, FRONT DESK ATTENDENT NOT CHEERFUL OR POLITE, I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN IN ANY TOWN.'
