« Me and my wife really enjoyed our stay at the Westin. The only issue we had and I wouldn’t say it was and issue because it was fixed and attended to so quickly was not any more towels when we went to the pool. But I brought it to the fro t deal attention and they got on top of it quickly. Other than that the guy at the front desk was very helpful and we enjoyed the stay! »

« No hot water the morning we left, had to leave early so there was no chance for resolution. Bathroom floor was dirty when we arrived. Otherwise place was ok. Picked it because it was near the airport, so it more or less met expectations. »

« This was the best experience that my wife and I have had at a hotel. The staff was amazing. The room was fantastic. We got to enjoy the hot tub & pool, which for me was extremely good because I suffer from sciatica. The breakfast was tasty. Parking was easy. We parked inside due to the potential for hail. We will definitely stay here again. The Ember's restaurant was extremely good. Walmart was within walking distance. »

« The website advertises 24 hour shuttle to the airport, which is why I booked this hotel. When I checked in and tried to arrange shuttle service, I was told it was not 24 hours and started at 5am (my flight was at 5am). Big inconvenience, and the staff at the front desk were indifferent to the situation. »

« I strongly recommend this location. I think by San Antonio standards it is centrally located, and there are quite a few restaurants nearby. Best of all, parking is included as well as breakfast and a daily happy hour with food. In downtown San Antonio there is very little to do other than walking on the Riverwalk (highly overrated), the Alamo, and an art museum. It is NOT the typical American city downtown area. There are almost no stores and nothing else to do besides what I just mentioned...

« An older hotel but fairly well maintained »

« I must say Im not normally a Mariott client, but this oe broke the mold. Not so much from design a bit too typical but the GM has done an outstanding job with hiring, training, attitudes in hospitality and much much more than I would've expected. The F&B guy I happen to meet Pedro is yet another example of passion for his products and comes across that well. As does his staff, they appear to be happy campers... I do think the menu is a bit ambitious and possibly slightly out of reach for...

« Nice property aesthetically but there was instances of dirt in my room. On the sheet and the ice Bucket top had residue of dirt. »

« When I checked for a week and payed CASH IN TOWN FOR A MILITARY EVENT AT LACKLAND AFB DRIVE 25 hours, NO ONE INFORMED ME IF I HAD TO LEAVE EARLY I NEED TO GIVE A NOTICE OR THE HOTEL WOULD RETAIN A FEE OF 129.00. It just not a way to handle playing customers of over 25 years! »
