« I think what was unique to me was that on our first night we arrived late and the shuttle service was still able to pick us up from the airport and that to me was a great option since our rental car wasn’t ready till the next day so I am thankful that they were able to pick us up and the whole staff from the driver to the other staff were excellent and gave excellent customer service no issues. »

« The girls at the front desk were really nice, and that’s about it as far as the positives go. This property is badly in need of renovation. The bathroom fixtures were old and corroded. The tile and carpets were also old. The sheets were very scratchy. I sat in a chair in the lobby and it had what I assume was dog urine stains on it. The Market Store had about three candy bars and maybe four Cokes. Such a shame for a well-placed property to be so poorly maintained. »

« Free parking is convenient, the breakfast team was super sweet and kind (all of them - every morning!) I'm just sad/disappointed that I lost my favorite hoodie in the shuttle because the driver didn't check before/after another round of client (sat 28th of march in the evening) »

« Carpet in the entire hotel was filthy, mold in restroom, the room smelled damp/humid, pillows were horrible, the indoor pool chlorine smell burned your eyes just walking near it, the fruit infused water in lobby tasted like old lemon peels, extremely overpriced lobby snacks, parking hard to find/lot always full »

« Hotel propre et confortable. Dzcoration datée et piscine a l'abandon. Petit dejeuner propose: café et barres de céréales. Un peu juste pour indiquer un petit dejeuner. Zone aeroport avec rien autour. »

« Beds are small, uncomfortable. Hotel in this location it's very old ( furniture). Hotel was so quiet. Parking it's not accessible. Staff was so rude. Pool is nice. Breakfast cost $18.00 per person in the hotel. Hotel It's near to airport. The price increased to much on the 4th of July weekend. Clean room and bathroom. Will be better if the beds were queen, and the staff were nice. »

« The restaurant in the hotel online said they closed at 10pm. I went at 9 pm and they were closed. They said it was due to being slow. If it wasn’t for this I would’ve given all 5s. We had to order a pizza and it wasn’t delivered until 10:45 pm. »
