• Furry friends are welcome! We love dogs and are happily DOG FRIENDLY. Please no cats due to allergies

• The entire exterior of the property is treated with scheduled pest management. With that being said, the property is in the woods in the mountains so an occasional bug sighting comes with the territory.

• Location is important in the mountains! The major cell phone carriers have no issue with phone signal.

• Easy Check in available with Keypad and smart lock with personalized key code

• All roads leading to us are well maintained! The trip is mostly paved except for last 5-10 minutes which is well maintained gravel road. It is quite flat though with no need for a 4 wheel drive. The driveway to the property is a bit step coming down but any car can do the trick! We are also only a few minutes from all the best restaurants and shops in the area!
