'Brad is great to work with and super communicative. The beds are so comfortable and there were plentiful towels. We enjoyed the many games provided. We always enjoy a special time at The Farmhouse!'

'Porch chairs need replacing badly. The main floor couch, though inviting, finds one challenged to sit up. Same with game room. MBR chair is optimal. Wireless does not support streaming services well. Excellent kitchen, dining, stove, fridge, appliances. DR table with view very nice. Need to convert cleaning closet into pantry for guests supplies. 'We had an amazing stay! We had 6 kids with us and they loved it too. They were able to have their own space/level which was really helpful. The house was beautiful and quiet. It was exactly as pictured. When we had questions, Cherokee rose was available via text and got back to us right away. The location was great too- close to downtown and about 20 mins from most of the hikes we did. We would definitely recommend this house for groups or families especially with kids. '

'The Mountain View’s on the property are the best around. Sunsets right in front of the deck and you see a sunset almost every night. The river down below would be visible in the winter. Otherwise the view is beautiful with the woods and distant mountain ranges. There is a gravel road just less than a mile up that leads down to the river if you decide you want to hike to the river.'

'BEWARE. This is an inaccurate web description. The property description says this is a luxurious home fit for royalty. What you will actually find is a FILTHY home with beautiful mountain views. It had obviously not been cleaned in a long time. I spent my vacation CLEANING. I had to wash sheets in order to sleep the first night (there were crumbs, hairs, animal debris, and even an sock BETWEEN the sheets) so at 11:30 on our first night I was washing sheets. 'The cabin was a great little place. Very cozy for a couple with tons of privacy. It was clean, communication was excellent and there were plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans. There are 3 beds upstairs if you have children. Road up to cabin is typical mountain sketchy so be very careful. The only thing that woukd make it better is a hot tub.'
