'The staff (evening & morning) was personable and helpful for suggesting places to eat and sights to see in Manitowoc before catching the ferry. They offered different times for breakfast and selections to choose from that were prepared to order and tasty. The rooms were attractive and up-to-date. There was a large patio in front with comfortable seating, as well as a nice lounge inside. It felt a bit homey, a nice change from the sameness of most franchise hotels.'

'Really nice stay! Everyone was so friendly, location is perfect and everything was clean! The historic building needs some work on the building wood trim but inside is beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. Everyone was tolerant with my service pet and all. We will visit again. '
