Fortunately, there was a staff there, it is a plastic surgeons building, that was able to contact somebody with the villa who gave us phone instructions on how to open the door and where actually the room was. They apologize and said the manager is usually on top of things, but apparently at this time there was a glitch. Things happen. 'The location is great wirh close proximity to beaches, restaurants and everyday needs. The complex has a pool and entertainment. The unit itself is wonderful. Easy check-in, cozy, comfy and very clean. This was our 2nd time here and highly recommend it. Steve and Sherry are very easy to communicate with and care about their guests comfort. '
