We had a wonderful experience staying at this location. Very clean, pet-friendly, and a host that checks in with you! In the past when we visit Pensacola, we stay on the actual beach but this was an even better experience. It allowed us to explore the downtown area and restaurants AND spend ample time on the beach. This accommodation is in a safe neighborhood and great location! We highly recommend!

The host was very warm to us, she allowed us ample time to check in, and even extend our stay. She was such a nice Host. Very helpful and pleasant. She was very responsive to our few communications as well. I highly recommend this unit to anyone coming to this area. It is a very good value.

Our host Wesley was excellent! Very quick to respond and help in anyway he could. The place had everything we needed and more for our one week stay.It's close to everything, the beach, downtown, supermarket, etc.The neighborhood is nice and safe to walk any time of the day. Our pup Luna enjoyed the dog beach nearby. There's a hose outside where we were able to rinse Luna after the beach and before getting back in the house.There's also several pet friendly restaurants around, walking distance or just a short drive away.Our favorite was a Peruvian restaurant Don Cha, it didn’t have water views but the food was excellent, and it's also pet friendly. We were also welcome to use the beach chairs, and umbrella, which came in handy when we went to the beach. Thanks again Wesley you have what it takes to be a great host.

IF U DONT WANT MY FEED BACK, THEN DONT ASK!!!!! The villa was amazingly clean and offered everything i needed. But i felt it was quit selfish of the host to close the cancelation window 5 days before the trip. When i booked this trip and all other trips on VRBO, i was given 24 hr cancellation with a refund. I feel like because it rained that weekend the window of cancelation with refund was closed waay too soon only for the host to benefit!! I will start taking pics of the cancelation/ refund policies from here on out. I suggest other folks do the same!!!

Wonderfully comfortable place to stay! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bikes and kayaks were great bonus! The location was great and allowed for nice dog walks as well as beautiful views along the water in the East Heights.Wes was very responsive and has definitely made the place comfortable with all the essentials plus nice extras like coffee and snacks and washer and dryer. Very dog friendly area with even a dog beach not far away and plenty of dog-friendly restaurants nearby. We will definitely book again!
Put the kayaks in at the boat launch down the street for some extra fun adventures!

Perfect Place

Cute little place, at the end of a four plex building. The only bad thing is the wall separating the apartments for lack of a better term is very thin and we had some very inconsiderate and loud neighbors. That’s not the owners fault though. The place itself is clean, well kept and cutely decorated. For some reason I had the wrong address when we go there, and Wes was super helpful in getting us to the right place. It’s a block from the public boat dock, so you’re literally close enough that you can walk to the water. Would definitely stay again.
