This splendid beach charmer enjoys access to fantastic community amenities, including the Lost Key Beach Club, which offers a restaurant, bar, top-deck pool overlooking the Gulf of America, bathrooms, and private beach access; an outdoor pool; a hot tub; a tennis court, a fitness center, and golf.



This stunning home away from home also boasts a prime location near great attractions, such as River Road Dog Park, Perdido Beach, Perdido Key State Park, Johnson Beach National Seashore, Tarkiln Bayou Preserve State Park, Blue Angel Recreation Park, Battleship Row, and The Wharf Amphitheater.



Located on the second floor, the main living space enjoys a bright and airy open floor plan seamlessly combining all living spaces into one. The kitchen is fully appointed with all the major appliances needed to prepare exquisite homemade meals and a Keurig coffee maker. When mealtime is over, retreat to the inviting living area, furnished with comfy sofas and a smart TV with streaming services, or head over to the covered balcony to enjoy the breeze as you curl up on the sofa. String lights definitely add a chic vibe! The upper level offers two main suites, each one equipped with a smart TV and an en suite bath. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer, a desk, and central AC. We provide a starter kit of essentials – Bathrooms: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 bars of soap, 1 small bottle of shampoo and 1 small bottle of conditioner; Kitchen: 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 2 trash bags, 2 kitchen towels, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 sponge and 1 small bottle of dish soap. After these items are used, guests are responsible for supplying their own. Please note: we do not provide cooking oils, spices, coffee, filters, or pantry staples—please pack what you need. If they are in the unit when you arrive, use them at your own risk.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

On-site golf is available but not included.



Guest Access:

Kaba - To unlock your door, make sure you have your access code ready! You will find this code in your check-in email! Type the code (may contain a # or * that must be pressed with the numbers) into the keypad above the handle, when the light on the lock flashes green this means the door is unlocked! Turn the door handle and open the door! Please keep in mind that there is no deadbolt on this door! The keypad lock will lock automatically when the door is closed or when the lock is not flashing any lights! The lock is only unlocked when flashing green! Troubleshooting: I typed in the code and the lock flashed red: The lock is not taking that code as it is incorrect. Double-check that the code typed in is the correct code and try it again - I have the right code for sure, and the door still won’t open. The lock is working but it flashed yellow/red even though it unlocked: This lock is dying! The lock flashes red and does not unlock the door? The batteries are dead.
