'The room was a disaster. Every night at 4:30 am there was noise above us like someone was dropping something heavy on the floor. We called the front desk, they checked and couldn’t figure out what the noise was or where it was coming from. But the crème de le crème was the a/c unit. It would turn on sporadically and every time it did it sounded like an airplane taking off. So loud!!! Worst room ever!'

'Homeless people outside and you would't want to walk to nearby restaurants as I was advised when I called after a long work day and they said they were within 5 minutes walking distance...homeless people and not a very good area. I drove around forever to find a restaurant and parking is horrible.'

'2 years ago….good experience! Most recent (April 4) WAS NOT! Had planned to stay 4 nights, checked out after one! Reservation was for a double room. Called twice to request late check in. Very helpful staff! Asked if I wanted 1st or 2nd floor. Because of age, arthritic knees, and no elevator, I requested 1st floor. Upon arrival and check in, I was informed that there were no double rooms available, so I would receive a free upgrade to a king “suite”. On the second floor. I told the desk...

We felt that the room was not that clean (cleaned Some spilled water off the Floor with a tissue, it came off black). Spotted a mosquito corpse on wall. Staff could have been friendlier.
