'They didn’t clean room for two days'

'I booked a suite. However, at check-in, I was downgraded to a regular room with no partial refund or other consideration. Second and most importantly, my room smelled of raw sewage. The odor was creeping out through the drain pipes in the bathroom. Small insects were coming out of the sink drain and I found other, larger bugs along the walls in the shower. I brought the odor up with tje front desk. "It's the city." In response to the bugs emerging from the drains? "It's hot outside." Such BS....

'Cheapest in the area with best rating, so this is what you should expext. Good bed, large room with WiFi. All you need for a sleep over. Not dirty but not a brand new accomodation. Good value for money'

'The entrance was a little confusing. We tried to check in at the wrong building, but it was the building they were going to place. The Lobby for check-in was in the other building. We liked that they gave us a cold bottle of water and a granola bar. We enjoyed the gym after driving all day. The room was very spacious, the bed comfortable. We wished there were some instructions for the tv. Also, the bathroom fan did not work and there were no hand towel racks or hooks.'
